Shipping Cost

Novera Living currently offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders shipped to eligible U.S. addresses. The shipping cost shown at checkout will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated at 11-18 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after an order is placed and include order processing and transit time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Order Processing & Tracking

After your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipment has been created.

Multiple Shipments

Some products may be fulfilled from different fulfillment locations. If an order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
